Ugh, break outs! No body likes when their skin decides to go against them. And have you notice that these break outs happen at the most inopportune moments? Can anybody say Prom? A first date? Oh, and how about the biggest day of your life… Your Wedding!!!

Break outs around your forehead and hairline are easy to control from the inside out.

Inner Trigger

Break outs in this area could mean you are not eating as healthy as you should. Cut down on you milk products, processed foods, sugar and carbs as these can make your acne worse.

How to Deal

Keep a food diary. If you notice a break out, start to cut out any dairy and junk food you might be splurging on. Do this for a week and see if your blemishes improve.

Outer Behavior

Due to the oils and silicones in your hair products, hair that sits on your face will be a huge contributor of clogged pores.

How to Deal

Start each morning by cleansing your face with an anti-acne cleanser. Keep blotting papers with you through out the day for those inevitable greasies. Cleanse again at night and use a moisturizing toner to decongest pores. Finally, if you have them, pin your bags away from your face before hitting the sac.
