Strawberries also contain melatonin, while bananas contain loads of magnesium, a calming mineral, which lowers blood pressure and help us relax for sleep.1 cup tart cherry juice
Combine the cherry juice, banana, strawberries, ice and vanilla in a blender. Blend until smooth.
